Yesterday was the famous Moss Street Paint in. The annual Victoria Art Gallery fundraiser. We met many wonderful people at our booth. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and talked to us. We had a great helper out there handing out samples on Moss street, bringing in a ton of people. Thanks Dwayne! We sold out by 3:15. Anyone who didn’t get any tortillas can find us today at the Bastion Square Market on Langley st. from 11-4pm.
Also we would like to thank all the volunteers and organizers of Taste. We were there as a part of the VDPMS mini farmers market. There was so much great food and wine from our local producers. I didn’t know how much great wine we had on the southern end of the island. The whole beast’s tasting really stood out . Thanks again to everyone from Taste.
We would like to remind people to send us pictures of the food they make with our tortillas. We take pictures everyday of the food we make and are working on a little project. We will hook you up if you do.
Stay tuned for some upcoming news and announcements.

What are your thoughts on this?
We are really happy to have changed our flour because the Masa Harina brand that we were using could not guarantee us that the corn they used was Non GMO. Now, our corn tortillas are made with Certified Non Genetically Modified Corn. For those of you who tried them before, and now… You will see the difference in colour, in taste and texture. We are working hard to get to know this flour and bring you the best quality of Corn Tortillas.
We have learned about GMO’s and we feel passionate about food, about growing your own veggies naturally, consuming only locally made products and giving small businesses and farmer’s the opportunity to grow, and with it, create awareness around this important issue.
For your wellness and ours! These delicious corn tortillas, are now more healthy than ever! They are a great way to accompany dishes and because of the nutrients, fibre, and nature of tortillas (Gluten Free) they will help you lose weight (or help you maintain a healthy weight)
